Hi everyone,
As you know the competition is in about 5 weeks time and with this in mind you should practice your form(s) as much as you can. If you have the video watch it and copy at the same time as well as trying to say each movement. The competition is meant to test all of you but, please try and not get too stressed or upset.
Everyone who enters in the group or individual category will receive a certificate and a medal.
If you have any problems or need further help please ask me or one of the senior instructors Sifu Andy or Sifu Andrea or one of the the other sifus.
Entry forms and particulars will be available soon, so watch this space and keep your eyes peeled in the training studio for notices.
